Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) is a tingling, numbness or pain in the fingers and hand, or from the shoulder or elbow all the way down the arm. This syndrome is caused by excessive tension in the pectoral minor as well as the interior and middle scalene muscles of the neck. TOS is usually the result of an action that involves habitually bringing the arms in front of the body (as in typing on a keyboard for long hours) or habitually twisting and bending the neck (as in holding a telephone between your shoulder and ear without using your hands.

Through soft tissue manipulation, Waldo can lengthen and decompress the effecting muscles to free up the nerve.
