Before you consider surgery for your plantar fasciitis, consider the safer, easier and less invasive option of massage therapy. In just a single session, I can greatly reduce or resolve your fascial pain through my techniques.

Plantar fasciitis is a stabbing pain in the plantar fascia, a thick band of connective tissue that runs along the sole of your foot from your heel to the ball of your foot. The pain is often worse in the morning, but can also be aggravated by long periods of standing, running or getting up from a seated position.

Plantar fasciitis is particularly common among runners, athletes, those who are overweight, or those who use improper footwear. Those who suffer from plantar fasciitis and have jobs that require them to stand sometimes find relief by standing on a cushioned pad or going barefoot when possible.

If you would like to schedule a session with me to treat your plantar fasciitis, please first check to make sure you are free of any kind of rashes or fungal infections. This can be a risk to both the client and the therapist.
